About:Tourist Complaints in China

I paid a deposit to Zhongyou International Travel Agency in hengdu, China.

We decided to use a different travel agency and Zhongyou has refused to refund our deposit of RMB 600.
I paid through Alipay. How can I get my deposit back or file a complaint

The effective way is to call +86 028 12315 but it's in Chinese.
