About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

I overstayed in china in 2021 due to to covid situation, paid 8000 rmb penalty and got Z visa

In 2021 , I overstayed and paid penalty of 8000, Got Z visa Residence permit , In 2022 I got 6 months business visa again . Now in 2023 I applied for a masters program in a university, they accepted me and applied for jw202 but ministry of education rejected me , Apparently the reason is due to overstay in my record , What’s the solution of this problem as this year I failed to get admission, What I should do in future , Really need authentic information. So I can solve this problem as soon as possible

I'm sorry but there is no other way. Maybe you can try again 3 months later. It may not be because of the overstay as you have gotten a visa after it.
