problems selling family house

Question

I am a dragon born 12 November 1952.  Since 2013 we have been unsuccessful selling our house which is very nice and somehow, the deal gets aborted more than 4 times.  The market is buoyant and it just seems something is blocking the sale. Our asking price is in line with market value as the offers are all around what we are asking for.  Can you see us selling our house this year and if so,  when?
