7 hours long stopover in Guangzhou - shopping

Hi, I will have 7 hours long stopover in the city next week, could anyone please suggest me a good place to go shopping (mainly cheap clothes), that is not too far away from the airport using public transportation? Thanks

You can go to the Baima Clothes Wholesale Market, about 350 yards walking distance from the railway station. Due to your limited time, I suggest you take a taxi for around trip and it costs around CNY100 (around half an hour) for a single journey. Then you will spend more time on shopping.

If by public transportation, take subway line to Jiahewanggang and transfer to line 2 to the main raiway station and walk there. The whole trip takes around 40min. This way also helps for the back trip.
