About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Planing to in kunming I have return tkt to Dubai. Can i stay not more than 24hrs. Mix Philippines.

Mix, do you mean to go from the Philippines to Kunming, stay for not more than 24 hrs, and then go to Dubai? If so, you can stay in Kunming without the entry permit.
