About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Is possible to apply the chinese visa from hongkong?

I hold the comoros passport living in kyrgyzstan.

I am afraid not. According to local authorities, the applicants who plan to apply in HK are required to provide their HK resident status. For you, you should try to apply one from Chinese embassy in Kyrgyzsan. Since you live there, you should have valid resident permit. With the permit, you have a great chance to apply one from local Chinee embassy.
