do i need to authenticate my marriage contract and my daughter birtcertifcate to china embassy after i get my authentication paper from my country? help me pls.

Marilou, if you are applying for the long-term S1 type, you should authenticate your marriage book as well as your daughter's birth certificate. After your arrival, these documents will be required for applying a temporary residence permit with the S1 type. Only after these documents have been authenticated by the embassy can they be used in China.
