About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I fly from Xian to Beijing by China air and arrive in T3 ,then fly to Kuala Lumpur from T2

Do we need to collect and recheck luggage?
How do we get from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2?How long does it take?Thanks

Oh, yes. You should collect and recheck your luggage. There are free shuttle buses between the terminals. You can easily take one and reach T2 in 15min. Generally, a transfer from domestic to international between T3 and T2 require around 160min.
