3-month m-visa for german citizen

Question

Hello! I am a German citizen, currently staying in Turkey (with Residence Permit) and I would like to apply for a three month double entry M-business type in Ankara. Is it in general possible to get such one abroad, or do I have to apply for it in Germany? I know that this is the case in some countries (e.g. Japan), where a foreigner cannot get a M type for duration longer than 30 days. Thanks in advance for the answer :-)

Julian, since you have resident permit in Turkey, you can submit your application for double-entry M type. However, there is no guarantee that you will get it for sure. You know, it fully depends on the consular officers.
