Well, do you refer to Xinyi City?
1. If yes, the train to that city departure from GZ Railway Station, not East Railway Station. It takes around 6.5 hours on the way.

2. Upon landing, take shuttle bus line 1 to get to the railway station directly. Or you can take subway line 3 to Jiahe Wanggang Station. Then transfer to line 2 to the railway station. You can choose the way you like.

3. The international credit card can only be used in some large shopping malls and luxury hotels. For common daily use, the cash is accepted. So prepare enough cash.

4. For accommodation, it is fine not to book in advance. Many hotels there accept 24h check-in. So you can find a good one upon arrival. Don't worry!

5. Yes, you can buy foods on the train. In addition, there are dinning-halls on the train. You can order the dishes at that place.
