About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Vietnamese in Malaysia, Visa to HK

Hi im a Vietnamese working in Malaysia. I am planning to travel HK from 18-21 June. Please kindly advice what document should i prepare to submit? Thanks.

Niki, you should submit these documents:
1.finished application form (ID1003A)
2. copies of your passport information pages and previous entry permits (if any)
3. a recent passport photo
4. travel itinerary, hotel booking and return air ticket
5. financial proof, recent six months bank statment, payment slip, emloyment letter etc

I think you should submit at least one months ahead of your trip. If the embassy deals with your application, it takes four working days. If it is sent to HK, it will take four to six weeks.
