About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

What visa is appropriate and what are the requirements?

I am currently in China with an existing Z type. It will commence this August 2015. I am investing in a micro-film industry by August and I am interested to know the appropriate entry permit for investors. What are the requirements needed? I hope to hear from you. Thank you

John, do you have any plan to open your company? If so, your Z type should be fine. For investing money, I think you may apply for a M type. It requires the invitation letter from your Chinese business partner. Sometimes, an invitation letter from duly authorized Chinese unit is required.

Not my own company, I'm sorry, my Z visa will expire on August. So M visa is appropriate then for investors.
