About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

if i am holding Q1 visa, can i help my wife with her business in china?

Hi,
My wife is Chinese citizen, and the business is register under her name. As i am not receiving any money/salary from her, i am just helping her out with her business at her shop. Is this allowable?

Well, considering of your relationship, I think you can do this. But you should not let other people know about this. Just my personal opinion.
