I have air shipment at Guangzhou Exchange Office Dispatched for 3 days... what does dispatched mean?

it has been over a week from Zhongshan to Guangzhou Exchange office and it says Dispatched for 3 days. End destination is AIR to Los Angeles. Is it flying out of Guangzhou or Hong Kong Cargo Via China Post? What does Dispatched mean. Why isn't it moving to the airport? can someone tell me where RI409372005CN product is and how long it will actually take to ship from China to USA
