Can I get the 10 year entry permit with a US Passport applying in Australia?  And what is the process?

Hi Andrew, it's possible to get the 10-year one from Australia. The process is the same as that for applying regular entry permit. Just prepare required documents, go to the CVASC, and the submit the application. The only one point you need to pay attention to is that the remaining validity of your passport should be more than one year.
