Will I actually be a productive leader later on in life?

I am born in the year of the tiger; I was born in 1998. And I read that tigers are the authoritiative kind of people; that they like to be listened to. I want a job as a musician, and I feel that people should start listening to me more. Do u think that I can be a provocative leader and make do with authority?
