Well, two days are a little bit tight to visit the scenic spots you mentioned. So perhaps you don't have time to visit other places.
You can arrange your trip in the following way.
Day 1: Yuyuan Garden, SH Museum, Jade Buddha, the circus, the Bund

From Yuyuan Garden to SH Museum: take bus no. 930 at New North Gate Station, and go to People's Square Station. Then walk southwest around 500 yards.

From the museum to Jade Buddha, take bus no. 112 at People's Square, and go to Jiangning Road, Haifang Road Station. Then walk northwest along Jiangning Road around 300 yards.

From the temple to Circus, take subway line 1 at Hanzhong Road Station, and get off at the destination directly.

From the Circus to the Bund, take subway line 1 to People's Square and transfer to line 2 to East Nanjing Road, Exit 6. You can appreciate the beautiful night scenery of the Bund.

Day 2: Qibao Old Street, Tianzifang, Longhua Temple

From Qibao Old Street to Tianzifang, take subway line 9 to Dapuqiao Station, Exit 1. Then walk north around 430 yards.

From Tianzifang to Longhua Temple, take subway line 9 to Xujiahui Station. Then transfer to line 11 to Longhua Station, Exit 2. Then walk north around 550 yards.
