Lisa, nowadays, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kindom of Cambodia has begun to provide e-visa services.Instead of going to the embassy, you can apply online and pay for it. After you receive the entry permit sent by email, print it out and take it with you when you are heading for the country. So I think you don't need to book any appointment because you don't need to go there.
