Balbal, you should go to the CVASC branch located at 14th Floor, sandton City Office Tower, Corner Rivonia Road & 5th Street, Sandhurst Ext3. Sandton 2196 Johannesburg to submit your application. Since you have valid entry permit for your study, you can apply from the CVASC center. Of course you should provide your resident permit or study when submitting other required documents.
