About:Chinese Embassy in Fiji

Where do i apply for my visa from germany?

I am a fijian citizen living in germany, i am planning to visit beijing for 7 days.

Naibarai, according to what I find, mutual entry exemption policy already comes into effect. But I am not sure if the embassy already implements the policy. If so, you needn't apply one in advance because Fijians enjoys 30 days free stay in PRC. You may confirm with the consular department of Chinese embassy in Germany.
