About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Chicago - Beijing- Bangkok

I am flying in from Chicago to PEK and have a connecting flight to Bangkok do I need to collect my luggage, and do you clear Chinese immigration? Thanks

As to your case, you don't need to collect your luggage which will be directly transported to the final destination. But you have to go through the immigration.
