Student to travel to Macao for debate

A Myanmar student studying in ABAC is going with her debate team to Macao this coming week. I have checked you website and requirements. She will try to get the necessary paperwork from the school. If she applies on Monday, 20th of April, can she get a visa as she will have to leave on the 24th for Macao? I understand there is an express service. Can you advice me? She can go to the Embassy tomorrow but does not have the paperwork yet. Thank you.
