Student applying for a new L visa: delay of obtention

Hi!
I'm a french student actually studying in China. I'm going to visit Japan but I have a X2 type with a single entry. I will need to get a L type. Do you know how long it takes? Is it sure that the Chinese embassy will accept to deliver it to me?
Thanks!

Hi Lili! If you intend to apply for the L type from Japan, then I’m afraid you have to do it through a qualified agency. Since you have got the X2 type before, I think you have a big chance to get the L type as well. The normal process takes about four working days.
