Is it possible for foreigners to pre-book bus tours?

I will be in Shanghai during National Labor Day, April 30th to May 6th, and I am seeking to do an escape to Huangshan for a few days, preferably May 3-6? Therefore, I want to pre-book as I don't want them to be sold out as I am on a tight schedule.
