Hi, i am a filipino and i wanted to go Shanghai with my Fiancee who work in Singapore but he is US passport holder. We travelled a lot around Asia recently in Maldives. i don't have a work but i can provide land title under my name and bank record.

Jamy, if you can provide evidences about your financial standing, then it doesn't matter if you don't have a job ar present. It is still possible for you to get the tourist entry permit.
