I need a visit to Canton Fair and Hong Kong. How can I apply visa?

To attend the Canton Fair, you need to apply for an M type entry permit, which costs Rs2300. The application documents include: a valid passport and a photocopy of the passport’s data page, an application form attached with your recent half-length bareheaded photo, original “Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit” or “Confirmation Letter of Invitation” from Duly Authorized Unit (applicable to non-frequent travelers to China), the trade fair invitation (applicable to frequent travelers to China), local company covering letter (company address, telephone number and detailed visiting purpose should be correctly and clearly stated), less than three pages of the copy of local company bank statement (please bring the latest 3 months original one), and copy of Business Registration Certificate.

As for HK entry permit, you should submit the application documents to the embassy and it will transfer the application to the HK Immigration Department. The application documents include: application form, recent photograph affixed on the application form, photocopy of passport, photocopy of financial standing proof and employment proof (if any), photocopy of transportation arrangement proof, e.g. flight itinerary, and photocopy of proof of your proposed visit in HK. This entry permit costs Rs3000 (service fee) plus Rs2300 (telecommunication fees).
