Can I send the required documents to the CVASC office directly via Canada post office

I am living in Sudbury, Ontario. I can't go to the CVASC office to apply in person. Can I send the required documents to the CVASC office directly via Canada post office and get my visa back via post mail later when it's done?

Hi Christy, you can post your application to the CVASC office directly by paying postage and additional service fees. After it's done, the office will mail it back.
