I am planning to travel in side the China with rail and Flights.

My baggages are 26" and 22". I also have a small shoulder bag . Can I allowed to travel in High speeds with these Luggages.? There won't be any over weight. My main concern is the number of pieces.
In there any counting as carry on and check in .? When I travel by Air, I ckeck in the 26" box , and I carry the other 22" and hand bag with me.

Please advice me, Do I need to make any changes?
