I book my trains yesterday for my trip

but I realy don't know about Mont Huangshang. We will arrive by train at 7:11 from Suzhou et return back next day at 20:45 to Shanghai.

Is it possible to do the mountain probably walk for the way back in the same day? Is it better to take a guide? Where should we sleep? We are looking for hostel or not too expensive hotel? Can you suggest some sites?

There are many hotels in Huangshan downtown, at the mountain foot, as well as on the mountain.

If you visit the mountain on the second day, you may need to take the cable. Even so, only a brief visit can be done. In the case, you can stay in a hotel at the mountain foot, about CNY150-200 per night and then start climbing the next early morning.

If you make the visit to the mountain 2 days, you can start climbing on the arrival day, stay in a hotel on the mountain and get down the second day. If time permits, you can still have a short stay in Tunxi on the second day. However, hotels on the mountain are expensive. If you prefer the cheap one, there is a Bright Summit Shanzhung; the rate is about CNY100-150 per bed, but you need to share a room with several others.
