About:Year of the Pig

Investigators

Hi I'm year of the pig. At the moment I'm having trouble with my career. I have just got a new job which pays more and even a step up. I Really want this job. My current company has just started an investigation on compliance on me as I'm going to a competitor company which could affect reference for the new company.
I want to know since my career this year is meant to be good, will I be let off from my current company and won't take me to disciplinary or gross mis conduct and affect my new job.

Tom, if you plan to leave, then you should do whatever you can to make it happen. But it won't be a good idea to end your contract with your current employer unhappily. You need to figure out a solution that you can leave and take your new job happily.

However, if your employer really picks on you, then I think you need do something to let them know that you are not the one who can be bullied.
