About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Am I able to apply for a visa to Shenzhen China after I arrive in Hong Kong?

Peter, you can try to apply for a VOA at the border. It's more time-saving. What's more, if you don't have Hong Kong residence permit, you may not apply for the mainland entry permit from HK.
