About:Visa Policy of China

What are the visa requirements or restrictions?

Hi, I am an australan passport holder living in the UAE travelling to Guangzhou. I have booked to go to Guangzhou for 5 days then will catch the train to HK for 4 days then to Phuket for 5 days then back to Guangzhou only for transit and connecting flight back to Dubai. Travel is for holiday/sightseeing.

If the transit for your return trip in Guangzhou is less than 72 hours, then you just need to apply for a single entry L type from Chinese embassy in UAE. It requires your passport, filled 2013 version application form affixed with a recent passport photo, return air ticket and hotel booking in Guangzhou.
