Staying just 3 days in Hong Kong

Hi! We will be staying in HK for 3 days, our hotel is around central area. The only time I think we're gonna use the MTR is the time we go to Disney. The other transportation we're gonna use are the buses. And so Id like to ask is it economical to buy AE than just purchase Octopus card with a regular load of 100? Thank you.
