Kindly advice me itinerary for Hong Kong and Macau

I will be staying for 2 nights and 3 days in Macau & 3 nights and 4 days in hong kong. Please advice the places that i must visit.

Here is my general suggestion for your travel plan:
HK:
Day 1: Sky 100 - Disneyland
Day 2: Ngong Ping 360 (Giant Buddha and Po Lin Monastery) - Tai O Fishing Village
Day 3: Tsim Sha Tsui - the peak (peak tower and Madame Tussauds) - Victoria Bay
Day 4: Causeway Bay - Ocean Park

Macao:
Day 1: Fisherman Wharf - Ruins of St. Pauls and Monte Fort - Senado Square
Day 2: A-ma Temple - Macao Tower - Macao Museum
Day 3: Venetians - City of Dreams
