i will be going to hong kong during mid of march 2010.

Question

I will be going to Hong Kong during mid of March 2010. And will be staying in Prudential Hotel during my stay in Hong Kong. This will be my first trip to Hong Kong. Hence I will like to know the followings:1. How is Prudential Hotel? Is it just renovated recently?2. Is there any factory outlets for shopping? where and how to go?3. Any recommended place for food to settle our 3 meals beside having in hotel?4. Am I able to engage a personal tour guide as I will be staying there for 5 days? If yes, estimated costs?

There is an outlet mall in Tung Chung.  Tung Chung is near the airport and is easy to reach by bus from HKIA.  However, if you're in town, the easiest is to take the Tung Chung line of the MTR (simply get off at the final stop).
