Yes, of course. There are totally 7 inquiry counters in T1 and T2.
T1: Domestic counter (Near No 3 departure gate)
International counter (Near No 11 departure gate)
Arrival counter (Near No 7 arrival gate)
T2: Domestic counter (Near No 23 departure gate)
International counter (Near No 26 departure gate)
Intermediate counter (Near No 25 departure gate)
Arrival counter (Near 2A arrival exit)
You can find them according to correct English signs. So don't worry.
