Nasir, you should have your passport, filled 2013 version application form, a recent passport photo, hotel booking and round-trip air tickets. If you have the invitation letter, air-tickets and hotel booking are not required.

After you get all required documents, you need to submit your application to the CVASC in your area. It takes around 4 working days.
