About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

What is the procedure in Beijing?

I am traveling from Cleveland to Xian through Detroit and BJ by Delta to BJ and then by Air China to Xian.

You must refer to the transfer procedure. It would be like this:
1. Flight Arrival
2. Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection
3. Customs Inspection
4. Baggage Claim
5. Going through Transfer Formalities
6. Waiting & Boarding
