visiting hongkong from Australia but holding a Vietnamese Passport

Hi There, Im holding TR visa in Australia, I would like to travel to Hong kong. Can I apply the visa?

Yes Sam, you can apply for ir at Australia either by submitting the application to the consulate or directly sending the application documents to the HK Immigration Departement via posts.
