Sonam, it's possible to apply for the HK entry permit, however, whether the HK Immigration Department will give you the entry remains unknown. You should submit the following materials to the HK Immigration Department by post or ask your wife to submit them for you.

The application documents include: 1. application form ID 1003A; 2. your recent photograph (affixed on page 1 of the application form); 3. photocopy of your travel document; 4. photocopy of your financial standing proof; 5. photocopy of flight tickets for HK; 6. photocopy of your marriage certificate.

Your wife should submit: 1. application form ID 1003B; 2. photocopy of her Hong Kong identity card; 3. photocopy of her passport (for non-permanent resident of the HKSAR only).
