About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Can I apply for Chinese visa from Japan?

I'm visiting Japan on business and was just requested to go to China for business as well.

I think you can. However, a few days ago, I saw a post says that non-Japanese citizens cannot apply for the China entry permit by themselves at Japan and have to entrust the application to agencies. My suggestion is to confirm this with the Chinese embssy first and then make the decision. If you can apply individually, pls tell me.
