Hi..I am going to Guangzhou on the 2nd April 2015 and return on 11th April 2015.The due date on my existing one (Multiple Entry) is on 12th April 2015.

Alex, your existing entry permit can be used for the trip. Since its due date is 12th April, it's OK for you to enter China just before this date. That is, the latest time for you to enter is 23:59 of 12th April, and then you can stay for the allowed days.
