About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I'm flying in on Singapore Airlines and have a connecting from Beijing to Dalian on Air China.

Can someone enlighten me on the transit procedures?

So your transit is from the international flight to domestic flight, the transit procedure would be like this:
1. Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection
2. Baggage Claim
3. Customs Inspection
4. Going through Transfer Formalities
5. Security check
6. Waiting & Boarding
