What document do i need? how many time it will take for my visa application?

Hello, I am Bangladeshi citizen now study in malaysia. I apply for a student type. My offer letter and others paper is coming, but there is no Latvia embussy in Malaysia. So i need to face Latvia embassy in PRC. So now you tell me which Chinese type should I apply? and for those reasons, what kind of documents i need to submit? And is there have any chance to get rejected? Plz answer me soon.
