About:Marriage Registration in China

marriage to Chinese woman with kurdistan iraq citizen

Want to marry a Chinese girl from henan. what I need to do?

Muhammad, if you are in China now, you should firstly get a single state certificate from the Irani embassy in China. You girlfriend should get a similar certificate too from the China local government. Then prepare your passport, the certificate, and entry permit, your gf's ID card, household registration book, and the single status certificate. Last, go to the civil affairs office together with your GF and submit the listed documents to register your marriage.
