Well, you can take subway line 1 at Xuanwumen Station, and get off at Sanshan Street Station. It costs CNY 2 per adult. Get out from exit 4 and walk south along South Zhongshan Road for 2min. Then turn left and along Xujiaxiang Road. The walking distance is about 600 yards.
