About:China Tourist Visa

I need to apply for a L visa to visit Beijing in April.

Hi, I am a British citizen and at the moment working in Dubai. According to your website, it says I need an NOC letter from my employer and a trade licence. Can you explain to me what is a trade licence and do I need one since I am not going to Beijing for business?
Please advise.

Hi Winston! The trade license refers to the business license or trading certificate of your company, but do you go to Beijing for sightseeing purpose? If so, the NOC letter and trade license are not required. Documents needed may be your passport, a photocopy of the passport, a filled-out application form, your individual passport size color photo, the original and photocopy of your Dubai residence permit, and round-trip tickets and hotel reservations for Beijing trip.
