About:Chinese Embassy in Mexico

cruising to Shanghai, then flying out 3 days after arrival.

What type of China visa do I need? and how much does it cost? Am on Canadian passport, but am presently in Mexico.
Will also be in Hong Kong where I don't need an entry permit, only my passport, rite??

Beryel, you need a tourist L type. The fee is 510 pesos. You need to prepare a valid passport, a photocopy of the passport, a filled application form attached with a color personal photo taken within six months, the original and photocopy of your entry permit for Canada, and roundtrip tickets and hotel reservations.

You don't need HK entry permit as long as you won't stay there for more than 90 days.
