I have a tourist visa at the moment so it needs to be expanded/changed to a business one.

Hello,
I am Goran from Serbia.Could you please inform me how much would it cost me to get a M tye and what documents do I need to apply for one. Thank you in advance

Goran, are you now in China or aother country? The cost and required documents are different for applying in China and other countries. BTW, if you are not in PRC and your tourist type entry permit is not used, it will expire once you get the business one.
