I have been to Bali before but will I be refused boarding leaving China airport without visa?

Is VOA available in Bali for China citizens? even if I have return ticket from Bali?

Yes, VOA in Bali is available for Chinese citizens. The immigration office will allow you to board on the plane. However, if you have got a new passport and there are no exit records on your it, you are suggested to apply for an entry permit before hand at the embassy in Beijing or Guangzhou.
